POKOTABI / PONTE luce
新橋シーシャPONTE luce(ポンテルーチェ)
Occupying the 6th floor of a Shinbashi building, Shimbashi Shisha PONTE luce pairs a wide range of shisha flavours with pot-brewed teas, house-made Basque cheesecake, and savoury hot dogs.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Set on the 6th floor of the GEMS Shinbashi building, Shimbashi Shisha PONTE luce operates as a water pipe lounge that couples customised shisha setups with thoughtful cafe refreshments. Heat preparations range from gentle, easy-drawing sessions to direct-charcoal styles that pull denser clouds, allowing newcomers and seasoned smokers alike to consult on their preferred profile. Staff can suggest bespoke blends from an inventory spanning more than 150 flavours, followed by attentive charcoal adjustments throughout your visit to maintain a smooth, steady draw.
A natural counterpart to the smoke is a freshly steeped pot of tea. The beverage lineup includes renowned tea houses such as Mariage Frères and TWG, poured in generous pots meant to be savoured unhurriedly. The kitchen also turns out an appealing roster of house-made snacks and desserts, including rich Basque cheesecake, silky panna cotta, and hot dogs for a savoury bite, all prepared with the care of an independent cafe.
Inside, deep sofa seating invites guests to sink back and relax, while an open-air terrace provides breezy seating on pleasant days. The space accommodates lively rounds of board games with friends just as easily as solo contemplation or a post-work pause. Doors stay open until 5:00 the following morning on Fridays and Saturdays, and payments are accepted via credit card as well as PayPay.
